We want you to be delighted with your purchase because our team of artisans has put lots of attention and love to their unique crafting. We provide exchange for defective items purchased on and we do accept return for exchange on size or color, but we do not accept return or refund due to change of mind.

 Here’s our Return & Exchange tutorial :

  • Please contact us within 7 days from the date you received the product(s). Please provide us with a short description of reason for exchange, and photos/videos, if applicable.
  • You will need to send your original purchase to us, with the product(s) unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We just do not want to create waste. 
  • You will be notified either via livechat or whatsapp on how to Return the product with us, where we may be able to arrange a pick-up, depending on your location.  
  • We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of returned product(s).
  • We will provide a replacement depending on style availability, as we may have limited quantity of our handmade products.
  • We strive to make the exchange as painless as possible with the replacement product(s) sent to you at no charge.
  • SALE items are non-exchangeable, unless the product is defective.
  • For replacement of a different model/style :
    • If the replacement product is of higher price than the original product, price difference will be billed to you.
    • If the replacement product is of lower price than the original product, we will not provide a refund on price difference (unless in unique cases, such as product defects).
Only purchases made directly from qualify for this exchange.  For purchases made with our retail & online retailers, please contact the respective merchants directly for their return & exchange policies.
